Job Offer
Congratulations! You were offered a job. No matter how excited you are, don't accept until you've considered the details thoroughly. Ask the employer to specify your title, your responsibilities, the typical hours, and your salary and benefits. Most employers won't be surprised if you negotiate for better terms than are listed in the initial offer. Once the negotiations are complete, ask for an offer letter that describes the agreement.
