Mentor
A mentor is someone experienced in your field who can help guide your career and offer advice on how you can meet your professional goals. Mentoring relationships can be formal or informal. Some college alumni organisations and companies sponsor their own "official" programmes. Look for a mentor who has the time to talk with you regularly and has achieved career goals similar to the ones you'd like to pursue.
