Legal Guardian
Various names are given to a person who will take care of either you or your property if you can't do so—including legal guardian, deputy, conservator, committee or curator. They will manage your financial affairs and take care of personal matters such as health care and living arrangements. Court-appointed legal guardians for the elderly are still relatively rare in India.
