Contested Will
Contesting or challenging a will can be tough and family litigation is often fierce and can be very destructive. Generally speaking, judges are inclined to favour adherence to the precise wishes of the deceased. Some family members have successfully challenged wills by proving the mental incapacity of the will's author or some undue influence by one or more of the beneficiaries.
