Closing Costs
These are fees that are not included in the price of the property you are purchasing. Typical closing costs include administrative charges for originating the mortgage loan, appraisal fees, legal fees, professional fees, insurance and real estate transfer taxes, stamp duty land tax (SDLT) and Land Registry registration fees.
