Mutual Will
With mutual wills for married couples, each spouse has a copy of the same will, which details the wishes of the couple if one or both of the parties die. Typically, mutual wills cover assets and property and indicate that if one spouse dies, the other inherits everything. The couple also decides who will receive their property when both pass away.
