Guardian
Who will look after your children if they're not old enough to care for themselves when both parents die? The person designated is known as a guardian. In many countries, if you don't select a guardian in your will, the court will do it for you. Guardianship is subject to ongoing supervision by the court and ends at the child's maturity or by order of the court.
